Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need accessories at all? Can I just install the acoustic panel?

Acoustic panels and walls only perform when sound cannot leak around them. A drywall mounted with rigid screws transmits vibration directly through the studs. A door without seals can lose 70% of its rated STC through a 5 mm gap. Accessories are not optional — they are what makes the system actually work.

Do you supply only, or also install?

Both. We supply across Saudi Arabia and we install in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah and Madinah. For other cities we work with vetted partners.

Can I buy a single accessory or only a full kit?

Both. Order a single carton of neoprene pads, or a complete vibration-control package for a studio fit-out. Minimum order quantities are small.

Are the products fire rated?

Yes — our crash pad foam is B-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1), our EPDM seals are self-extinguishing, and our steel clips and brackets are non-combustible (A1).

Do you offer technical drawings?

Yes. For projects we provide STC build-ups, hanger spacing tables, fixing schedules and CAD details on request.
